The Community Child Health Service can provide specialised support to help a child with support needs develop and grow. They believe that family is the constant in a child's life and that families want what's best for their child.
They will:
• Support you to develop goals which work toward your child and family's hopes/aspirations
• Where possible, see your child at home, pre-school or in the community
• Help you apply for funding if your child needs specialised equipment
• If needed, provide access to clinical psychology support
• Have interpreting services available for parents who need it
