Diabetes NZ Auckland Branch encourages and educates Aucklanders to live life well. They provide support and education to those living with diabetes and those at risk of diabetes; promoting wellness and, encouraging early diabetes detection and treatment. Their mobile awareness service attends community events and locations, to inform, educate and test those most at risk of type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes Auckland also have support groups across Auckland that meet regularly to improve knowledge about diabetes management and provide supportive friendships.
