Dayspring began over 30 years ago, since then they have been working with vulnerable families and have a long history of positive involvement with mothers and their babies who are living with post-natal depression or an ongoing mental illness. Dayspring have first hand experience on the impact mental illness has on the mother/baby bonding processes. Services and programmes are designed to support women and their families. We offer maternal mental health, community support, counselling services, landlord services, lifestyle and parenting programmes including art, sewing and exercise class. Creche available.
