Passionate about improving health and social outcomes, through free, innovative primary care and community services focusing on Māori, Pacific, tamariki, rangatahi, whanau and other high needs populations. They provide the following services: Healthy Babies, Healthy Futures, Outreach Immunisation Service, Youth Health Hub/Clinic, Enhanced School Based Health Services, Your Choice – Youth Primary Mental Health Programme, Young Dads Programme, Pacific Cancer and Community Support, Noho Āhuru Healthy Homes Initiative
