Auckland Sexual Health Service are a specialist service offering free and confidential sexual health care including:• Diagnosis and management of sexually transmitted infections and other related conditions including genital skin conditions, genital pain and sexual dysfunction, reproductive health including contraceptive advice• Gender-affirming health care, including initiation of hormonal therapies, for gender diverse and transgender clients• Sexual health educationDoctors referrals not necessary but appointments essential.

CADS provide specialist counselling, group support and information to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (Rainbow) communities in Auckland. They have a designated Rainbow clinician for the adult service and a LGBTI clinician in the youth service (Altered High) Each CADS unit/service has a clinician with a specialist interest in sexuality and gender diversity All CADS clinicians receive training in working effectively with Rainbow people

Gender Minorities Aotearoa is a nationwide transgender organisation. It is run by and for transgender people; including binary and non-binary, intersex, and irawhiti takatāpui.They support transgender people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds, and provide one-to-one peer support and information nationwide.

Genderbridge is a trans community organisation providing support to transgender / gender diverse people, their whanau and friends throughout Aotearoa. Please join their active Facebook peer to peer support network page (Genderbridge NZ) . They also have regular social meetings in central Auckland.

InsideOUT Kōaro are a national charity with the vision for all rainbow young people to have a sense of safety and belonging in their schools and communities.Some of their local services include:- Providing workshops and consultation- Producing, sharing, and promoting resources - Fostering and supporting the development of rainbow inclusive schoolsThey can support whānau advocating for their child's needs at school. They have several youth development programmes including Shift Hui and volunteering opportunities for rangatahi.

They also offer face-to-face or Skype counselling specialising in gender identity & sexual orientation (from $80 to $120 depending on your financial situation) and a free Trans & Non-Binary Peer Support Service in Auckland.

RainbowYOUTH (est.1989) is a charitable organisation dedicated to helping young queer and gender diverse (LGBTIQ) people up to the ages of 27, as well as their wider communities.
