All members of NZDF and the Defence community can contact 0800 NZDF4U or text 8881 for 24/7 confidential support which includes both telephone and face-to-face support. This includes Regular Force, Civilians, Reserve Force, families and veterans. You can call about any issue you want help with - this can include anything from general stress, depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, financial worries, to post-deployment problems or transitioning out of NZDF. SPARX

Overview
SPARX is therapy in a free online game format for young people who are stressed, worried, or down. It uses proven CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) techniques to teach skills for dealing with depression and anxiety in real life. SPARX was developed at the University of Auckland. It has been tested and shown to work well and now it is funded by the Ministry of Health.SPARX is aimed at teenagers, but parents and others can use it too.If you are feeling down, do get help.
