Overview
GRG Trust NZ's purpose is to provide specialised advocacy services, support, information and education programmes that empower full time grandparent and whanau caregivers to raise resilient and healthy tamariki and rangatahi (children and youth) and to strengthen their whānau. Advocacy services cover income support, care and protection, parenting and guardianship, housing. Caregiver education workshops are trauma informed care focused and specifically designed for the grandparent and whanau care relationship.

Grow runs weekly support groups for adults wanting to regain or keep their mental health and to lead mature and happy lives. GROW offers a trustworthy 12 step program and believes that friendships and acceptance are vital to one’s growth. There are no fees or referrals required to join. Overview
Grow provides support groups for people wanting help with mental health or emotional problems.  People can attend the groups online and In-person.  Grow makes available to every member an inexpensive educational resource booklet which is frequently referred to within group sessions.   The sessions are once a week and last 2 hours.  There are also regular socials organised to encourage friendship, care and concern for one another.

Overview
Grow does not provide professional counselling services but we do provide mutual help from people who have experienced some mental health episode in their life and have found the Grow programe to be incredibly useful and inexpensive.  Group Organisers have been trained from within the organisation. The Blue Book is a resource booklet full of wisdoms and educational solutions which have worked for thousands of people since Grow groups originated over 60 years ago.  The booklet has been continually revised.

Healthline

Overview
Healthline is a free, 24 hour a day, telephone health advice service. Healthline registered nurses assess a person's condition and health needs and recommend the best course of action and a time-frame in which to take action. They can also provide general health information and location of services. The service provides a language line for non-English speakers.
