Overview
ARMS is a settlement support agency for migrants, former refugees and international students. ARMS provides a range of free and user pay information workshops and events. ARMS work in partnership with the Auckland Refugee Community Coalition on two projects: WISE Collective, an empowerment group for migrant and former refugee women, and free playgroups for migrant and former refugee families, the Safari Multicultural Playgroups Project.

Overview
Refugee Health Screening Service (RHSS) is responsible for the health screening of quota refugees and community and detained asylum seekers. RHSS assesses the health status; addresses immediate health needs; provides treatment and refers to health specialists as appropriate. Refugees are assisted with transition into the NZ primary health care system. RHSS engages in health promotion activities which work towards empowering refugee groups and programs.
