Wellbeing Programmes both Residential and in Community for young women (16-28yrs) from throughout Aotearoa. We exist for young women who are motivated for change and facing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, suicidal thinking, disordered eating and self-harm.
Residential Wellbeing programme utilises CBT and is DBT informed and the experience of living in community are explored through individual counselling, group process, staff coaching and self-discovery through the daily routines and rhythms. Programme is voluntary, participation is necessary for growth.

Anxiety New Zealand Trust specialises in the treatment, support and education of anxiety disorders and depression in children, adolescents and adults.
The multi-disciplinary team includes psychologists, specialist mental health GP, support group facilitators, helpline team and community educators.

Dayspring has been working with vulnerable families for over 30 years and has a long history of positive involvement with mothers and their babies who are living with post-natal depression or an ongoing mental illness.
We have first hand experience of the impact mental illness has on the mother/baby bonding processes. Services and programmes are designed to support women and their families.

Grow provides support groups for people wanting help with mental health or emotional problems. People can attend the groups online and In-person. Grow makes available to every member an inexpensive educational resource booklet which is frequently referred to within group sessions. The sessions are once a week and last 2 hours. There are also regular socials organised to encourage friendship, care and concern for one another.

Just a Thought offers evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) online and is designed for people with mild-to-moderate symptoms of anxiety and depression. CBT teaches people how to control their emotions, thoughts and behaviour to improve their mental health.
