Results-Based Accountability
Hearts & Minds is committed to measuring the difference we make in people's lives. We apply the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) evaluation framework to all service delivery. RBA measures both quantitative and qualitative outcomes including: how much we are doing, how well we are doing it, and the real difference made (the human experience behind the data). RBA is a highly effective framework for monitoring the quality of our service provision and enabling us to meet the evolving needs of our communities.
