Hearts & Minds office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Please note this does not reflect the timing of our Groups & Courses, many of which take place in the evenings or on weekends.

Hearts & Minds is located near a main bus route (via Apollo Drive) and is on the corner of Apollo Drive and Rosedale Road (next to the BP). The closest bus stop is a two minute walk from Hearts & Minds.

Free parking is available at the back of our building (Salvation Army) and on Apollo Drive.

Hearts & Minds is accessible for standard sized wheelchairs.
