CADS Older Adults service is for adults usually aged over 65 who are concerned about their own or someone else’s use of alcohol and other drugs. This includes prescribed medications. CADS have experienced alcohol and other drug clinicians who offer a wide range of support including: Detoxification Education Medication Co-ordination with other services Visits to homes, hospitals and rest home visits may be an option depending on the mobility and situation of the person being seen.

CMA run morning day centers throughout the community to provide companionship and activities for isolated older people. Centres run from 10.00am - 12.30pm and provide morning tea and lunch.
