Miscarriage Support provide:• A Facebook Group which is a safe haven for women to talk about their loss/losses. Women are allowed to post about anything regarding to miscarriages, TTC, fertility and rainbows. • Information and resources via their comprehensive website • Miscarriage Counselling (this does incur a cost)

Mixit is a creative project for young people from refugee backgrounds mixing it up with migrants and locals. It helps increase confidence, self-expression and communication skills. The creative disciplines used are performing arts based and include dance, drama, music and aerial circus. Mixit regularly performs & runs open courses, which don't require previous experience but do need willingness to turn up regularly. Mixit runs creative workshops every Saturday of the school term 2-4:30pm. Mixers come from all over the greater Auckland area. Support with transport is available for those outside of the Western suburbs.

The MusicHelps Wellbeing Service is a 24/7 online, on the phone (tollfree 0508MUSICHELPS) and in-person counselling service fully funded by MusicHelps and provided free of charge to those that make live or recorded music possible or who work in the arts in Aotearoa.Composer, songwriter or performer, manager or crew, production or backroom person, corporate or retail worker, actor, comedian, dancer or someone who works front or back of house in the arts: their Wellbeing Service is available to you.

A recovery programme offering support and hope for those with a desire to stop using drugs/alcohol. While not personally responsible for having the disease of addiction, people with addictions are responsible for their own recovery. Choose recovery-by attending meetings, working the 12 Steps, finding a sponsor, helping other addicts get and stay clean, and by reading and studying NA literature.
