Art Therapy for Wellbeing
This group will focus on positive, creative ways of dealing with life challenges using a variety of visual art mediums.
It will provide a fun, relaxing and safe space to foster self-awareness, confidence & self-esteem. Also included will be ways of dealing with stress & anxiety using mindfulness and journaling skills.
In Person
These courses are in-person and will take 2 hours per session.
