At Hearts & Minds, we provide free and low-cost support to help people manage mental health challenges, access wellbeing resources, and connect with others through our Health Navigation service, community programmes, and directories.

Sponsorship
Help us run life-changing group programmes or cover critical operational costs.
Sponsor a 4–8 week mental wellbeing group focused on Resilience, Stress Management, Confidence Building, or Navigating Change — or support essential expenses like venue rental or our frontline Support Coordinator’s wages.
What you can sponsor:
A full group programme for 10–14 participants
Rent for our group spaces
Part-time wage support for a Health Navigator
We’ll publicly acknowledge your sponsorship and share the community impact with you.

In-Kind support
Support us with your time, services, or resources.
Not every gift needs to be financial. You or your business can make a difference by donating goods, services, or professional time — from venues and catering to tech support, facilitation, or printing.
